Account Information: The school creates your account. This includes your name, email address, date of birth, contact and other academic details and a unique User ID. We use this information, managed through Firebase Authentication, to allow you to log in securely.

B. Information You Provide to Us

Student and School Data: As a school management application, we store information that you (as a teacher, administrator or staff) enter into the App. This may include:

• Student names, classes and IDs.
• Exam details, subjects and marks.
• Teacher information and class assignments.
• Financial data such as fees paid and expense records.

User-Uploaded Content: We collect content you choose to upload to the App. This includes, but is not limited to, images for exam seating matrices, profile pictures or other documents. This content is stored using Firebase Storage.

C. Information Collected Automatically

Usage and Log Data: We may collect basic information about your device and how you interact with our App, such as your device's IP address and operating system, to ensure the service is functioning correctly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain the App: To authenticate users, manage accounts and display school-related data (like exam results and student performance).
• To Improve Our Services: To understand how users interact with our App and diagnose technical issues.
• To Communicate With You: To respond to your inquiries or send important notices about the App.
• For Security: To protect the App and our users from fraud or abuse.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

• With Service Providers: We use Google Firebase to host our database, manage authentication and store files. Google has its own privacy policy and handles data securely. We do not share data with any other third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Storage and Security

We use Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication and Storage) to store your data. Firebase uses industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

5. Device Permissions

To provide certain features, the App may request access to your device's:

• Photos and Media Library: To allow you to select and upload images (e.g., profile picture or seat matrix image). We only access files you specifically select — we do NOT scan your entire library.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for school administrators, teachers and parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent or school authorization. If such data is found, we will delete it immediately.
